Well, winter will soon release her grasp on us!  We'll soon begin believing that spring is just around the corner.

Her is some important news we didn't want to hold until the eViews comes out in mid-late March.

MEMBERSHIP DRIVE 2009!

Don't forget to renew your membership with the civic association.  Those that renew before the March 31st deadline will receive:

Membership Discount card good at local merchants

Free admission to Summerfest

Curb Address Painting (we have to have 800 members renew or join to afford this!)

You can pay online using PayPal or by snail mail using the membership form that was in the January Views.  The membership form is also available online if you dog ate the first one!  No excuses now!  Get busy and join.  Make sure you remind your neighbors!  Streets with 100% participation will receive special recognition.!

SAFE WALKING

We would be so sad if something happened to you!  Please remember when walking in The Hills, to walk facing traffic, stay within the walking lane, keep your pets in the walking lane, and wear light colored clothing at and after dusk.  We've had a couple of close calls recently and hope this note will serve as a reminder to be safe!

We also need to ask motorists to watch their speed.  As the weather improves, there will be more children out enjoying the coming of spring.  The Hills speed limit is 25 MPH!  Please keep it there.  Our friendly partners at Perry and Sharon Township will be enforcing more actively this spring!  Don't say we didn't warn you!

FREE FAMILY ACTIVITY

OSU Women's Hockey has invited family's to attend their last home series of the season. 

Both of this weekend's games are free.  Friday's game starts at 7:07 pm.  Saturday's game starts at 4:07 pm and features many season finale benefits!

Fans can register to win various items, all kids are invited to be part of the pregame rally lines for the team, there will be free RALLY towels provided by Nationwide while supplies last and everyone is invited to the postgame skate with the team!

All games are played at the Ohio State Ice Rink located next on Lane Avenue next to St John Arena.
