Civic Association Membership
Dear Neighbor,
On behalf of the Board of Directors of the Worthington Hills Civic Association, I invite you to join your neighbors in renewing/joining membership in our Association. We continue our renaissance of Worthington Hills and need your membership to assure that we remain one of the "Ten Top Neighborhoods in Central Ohio", as rated by Columbus Monthly magazine.
We are improving the quality of life in the Hills! Many current and new residents are improving their homes. Your Civic Association is improving the entrance medians by installing an irrigation system for, and rehabilitating the grass lawns this spring. We have continued to improve our outstanding July Fourth activities, our system of Neighborhood Liaisons for you to contact with questions, concerns and comments, and our "Welcome New Neighbor" program to greet new residents. We have dramatically improved our website, www.worthingtonhills.org, and are planning additional community-wide activities to complement our July 4th activities. All of these improvements and activities make Worthington Hills a desirable place to live and have resulted in escalating property values. I think you will agree that we live in a great community!
The Civic Association operates on volunteer power – over 100 of your neighbors freely contribute their time and talents for our mutual benefit. However, volunteers can’t do it all. These programs require significant expenditures – all of which must come from your dues and donations. This year’s dues are needed to complete the median rehabilitation and irrigation project.
Please help us continue the renaissance of Worthington Hills by paying the $75 dues to join the Association - a small amount to invest in your community. Membership includes optional free house number painting on the curb to aid in emergency and visitor identification of your home, plus home delivery of the Views.
